I have been practicing medicine for over twenty-five years. I am married, have three wonderful children, Jill, Stephen, and David, plus two bonus children Gretchen and Emily, and three grandchildren, Alex, Dylan, and Ethan. I current live Mandeville and enjoy my family every moment possible when not taking care of my patient's.


    
Hobbies and Pastimes
Well, I can tell you, when you can not find me in the office, I am probably on one of our local golf courses. During the last several years, my golfing group has played on some of the most spectacular courses in the country. Our last trip was to Kiawah Island, where we played the famous ocean course. This is the same course that the Ryder Cup was played on and won by the US team in 1991. Jump here to find out more about my love for golf.
I love to fish, when I get the chance to get away. Louisiana is known as the Sportsmans Paradise and argubly has some of the best fishing holes in the country. My favorite fish to catch is the redfish. Redfish are the best catching and eating fish on the Louisiana coast. I am an avid antique Rose enthusiast and take pride in gardening.

I am a loyal alumni of Jesuit High School in New Orleans, where I played football. The mascot for Jesuit High School is the Blue Jay. Want to check them out, Just check it! In high school, I was the Colonel of the Marine Corp Junior ROTC program. Mascot for Jesuit High School


    
College
I attended College in several different places and you can find out more by checking this link out. I serve on the sports medicine staff at Southeastern Louisiana University [SLU] in Hammond. I serve as the team's Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon. You can jump to the universities web site here.


    
Professional Associations
I attend as many continuing education courses in Oral and Maxillofacial as possible, so that I can keep up with all the new surgical trends. I rarely miss the annual meetings of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons [AAOMS], and the Southeastern Society. Currently I am a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a member of the American Dental Association. In 1981, I became a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Besides the two organizations listed above, I hold membership in the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Academy of Osseointergration, the Louisiana Dental Association, the Louisiana Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Northlake Dental Society, and the Tangipahoa Study Group.
, I am qualified to take care of all of your related oral and maxillofacial needs that may arise and need attention. My offices accept all major credit cards, including: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover; along with most Insurances companies. I also participate in the Medicare and Medicaid programs.
